Mississippi Health Officer Dr. Thomas Dobbs (Image: Screenshot) With the rise of COVID-19 cases in the state, a Mississippi health official is placing the blame on White people defying the social distance rules by not wearing masks, according to CNN . Dr. Thomas Dobbs said that at a press conference earlier this month, to highlight the rising number of coronavirus case–and the increasingly bleak outlook.
